Greta Gerwig is raising questions about whether her upcoming ‘NARNIA’ adaptation will embrace its Christian roots. 🦁 👀

During a Q&A, Stephen Colbert specifically brought up C.S. Lewis’s Christian beliefs and asked how faith influenced her film.

Rather than directly addressing Christianity’s role in the adaptation, Gerwig shifted the conversation toward faith in filmmaking, describing the act of making movies as “an act of faith.”

For many fans, Christianity isn’t just another theme in Narnia. It’s fundamental to the world C.S. Lewis created.

Is Gerwig avoiding Narnia’s Christian identity in favor of a more universal message about faith? 👀
