Our Italian restaurant concepts, BACiO della MAMMA and Cantinetta, are exactly the kind of places where you can celebrate being together, at a large table in the best of company. And when, right at the end, the bread is dipped in the sauce? Then you know: it was good. The Italians call this ‘scarpetta’. For us, it’s a compliment.
