@michaelbatts93 It is my Fender Jazz Bass. It's my favorite bass. The neck action is solid. I have a P Bass that I use every once in a while. On both, I use flat wound strings in order to give it that vintage 1970s sound.

PROTEIN POWDER 101! + 3 protein smoothie recipes below 👇 with @formnutrition (the protein I’ve used for 8 years) AD! As a qualified trainer, Form performance protein is the protein I have always recommended. It ticks the Leucine threshold (albeit debated, it’s still important!) where many other brands fall short. It also blends really well into smoothies, no chalky texture, and is Informed Sport Certified (the gold standard for independent testing!) My favourite flavour is chocolate peanut! Tastes like a a snickers bar 😊 I find if you eat them with food, in smoothies or an oat bowl / bake, they taste great every time. Protein smoothie 3 ways: Snickers-in-a-glass: 250ml soy milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Chocolate Peanut Flavour) 3 tbsp rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds Creatine (optional) 2 tsp peanut butter Pinch of sea salt 1 Ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Green Goddess Smoothie: 250ml Soy Milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour) 1 small banana 1 medium handful of spinach 2 tsp almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 1 ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie: 250ml Soy Milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour) 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen) 3 tbsp rolled oats 2 tsp almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 1 ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Method: Place ingredients in a blender cup and blend until very smooth, adding more water if you prefer a thinner consistency!
