I came home to this beautiful “Thinking of You and Skylar” bouquet from a former colleague at Brunswick Group. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that brought a little brightness to an otherwise somber day. Truly touched by the kindness and grateful to be remembered. Thanks @heidimariac ❤️ by @kdyounger

A Sunday filled with music. After playing bass for the morning service at Forefront Brooklyn, I made my way back to Jersey and had the opportunity to sit in for a song at Bet HaSHEM YHWH. Grateful anytime I get to pick up the bass and make some music. 🎸 (photo via Pamela Newby). by @kdyounger

I shared this on Facebook the other day. I found this going through some of Skylar’s belongings. Me, him and Larry on Larry’s wedding day. by @kdyounger

My mom. I had her old work ID touched up. There are no words to describe how much this woman meant and still means to me. We didn’t have much money, but my mother found a way to get me music lessons. When we couldn’t afford college, my mother found a way to lead me to my bachelor’s degree. I do not know how I’ve survived this long without her. She must be watching over us. by @kdyounger

Today would have been my grandma’s 97th birthday. It is too hard to say more than that. Happy Birthday, grandma Arabella Younger. I miss you. by @kdyounger

We’re back! The only band with three doctors! Dr. Paul Banks (dentistry), future Dr. Nicole Firestone (astrophysics) and me, Dr. Kyle Younger (education). I’ve been cutting back on the singing and handing the reigns over to Dr. Firestone….but you’re still going to get rock’ and funky music!!! Hope to see you there on July 1. #Westfield #sweetsounds https://facebook.com/events/s/howlin-poets-at-sweet-sounds-d/1072781058247266/?deeplink_ref_surface=instagram_direct&direct_share_include_copy=1&fb_entity_type=unknown by @kdyounger

The premiere of “Preach, Preacher” by Tracie Morrison and directed by Kim Awon-Rivers for the Newark Arts Festival in October 2024. Some pictures of the extremely talented cast and crew, with whom I had the pleasure of playing Reverend Elijah Crumbleton. by @kdyounger
