Our 5th annual Night of Fun is less than two weeks away, so we decided to take a trip down memory lane… whether you were there for all of these epic moments or are new to our community, we hope you’ll join us at what is always one of the most fun and affirming nights of the year. Our work is sustained by the joy of solidarity and the connections we make in the trenches. This is a dark time, which means it’s all the more reason to party. See you at the Elks on Saturday, October 18th - link to tickets in bio.

Super excited about working with my T.A.N.G. family — @callmekanoa, @actingregent, fitdad40, @kdyounger and @officialpenwah — on @the_drip_series! What an incredible journey it’s been.

Here’s my two cents for anyone building their own project:

✨ Choose your partnerships wisely. Make sure your director is just as passionate, talented, and dedicated to the craft as you are — if not more.

🔍 Vet your team thoroughly. There’s no room for low-key haters or hidden agendas. Synergy is everything, and you need people who are there for the project, not just to collect contacts.

🤝 Work with people you truly enjoy. Surround yourself with genuine, agenda-free collaborators who bring good energy and real support.

🎭 Cast actors you trust. Choose performers who will honor your script and bring your vision to life — and never tolerate disrespect in the process.

🙏 And above all, be grateful. Every chance you get to do what you love is a gift. Treat it that way.
