Today we celebrate 5 years of @goodearthhkitchen 💚

What an honor it is to be part of this journey. Just two years ago, my mom @rosesantoshealthcoach invited me into this “crazy adventure”… and if I’m being honest, that first year God stretched me,I didn’t like it and thought this would be just a temporary thing (James 1:2–3)

Now, stepping into year two, I’m officially transitioning into a greater leadership role. I won’t lie, I’m scared. But I’ve also found my place. I’ve fallen in love with our team, our little restaurant, the community we’ve built, and most importantly, the mission.

A mission rooted in purpose (Ephesians 2:10)

I’ve learned that when something is built on principles grounded in God, it prospers (Psalm 127:1)

I’m ready for the late nights, the planning, the brainstorming and for the opportunity to empower more young entrepreneurs like myself.

Mom, thank you for trusting me with your dream. I don’t take it lightly. I promise to make the most of it.
