This Saturdays class was a special one as we are preparing Andy Munsey’s @empire.classic.strongman next weekend. The team is strong, and we’ve collectively put in exceptional work during this prep.
Making it even more special, we were able to thank our coach @blaketaylor555 . Blake has been the most supportive leader of this team. He embodies exactly what a coach ought to be by modeling encouragement, patience, and dedication to his athletes. We truly appreciate the time and energy he has invested in helping us and the strongman sport grow.
