大年初三赤口🧨祝大家一團和氣，和氣生財、人緣廣結、吉星高照🌟我特意寫了個「福」字送給大家祝願人人幸福美滿、馬上有福🧧 P.S. 第一次試「造」影片，發現並不簡單下次會努力做得更好，清清楚楚一筆一劃寫好個「福」字🤭

A short getaway in Bangkok🇹🇭趁着香港天氣冷冷的，我和媽媽去了曼谷不僅完成了一些任務，還趁機來了一場身心靈放鬆之旅💖我們在公園嘗試了戶外瑜伽課程🧘🏻‍♀️躺在草地上，聽着風聲和鳥鳴，感受陽光透過樹影灑下來，那種與大自然的連結特別療癒🌿比起平時在香港室內練習瑜伽，感覺身心都更放鬆、更自在還挑戰了Ice Bath冰水浴🧊🛁冰水療程有助促進血液循環、舒緩疲勞、提升肌肉恢復能力，對身體的修復效果特別明顯全身浸入只有攝氏 2 度的冰水池❄️剛開始冷到血管瞬間收縮😳皮膚都變紅😖但之後感覺全身舒暢，疲勞消失，當晚睡得特別香甜，第二日肌肉痠痛也紓解了💪🏻⚠️不過冰水浴不適合高血壓、心臟病患者或孕婦，建議先問醫生意見媽媽她怕冷不敢試，只好變身攝影師，幫手拍下我挨冷的時刻啦📸🤭

大年初四，祝大家新一年福氣滿堂🧧農曆新年前為星島新聞集團《我要讚佢》「最值得表揚學生獎勵計劃」創世界紀錄活動擔任司儀見證1142名最值得表揚的學生「我要讚佢大使」、當中包括近200名校長、亦有老師及嘉賓一同寫「福」字🧧成功創下「最多人同時寫『福』字推廣讚美文化」的世界紀錄✍️看到這麼多嘉賓和同學專心致志寫書法，弘揚中國傳統文化，場面盛大適逢新年，更添意義🌸感恩我能參與其中，推廣讚美文化，將福氣傳遞給更多人💝Thank you for having me @singtaohk 新的一年，祝福大家：五福臨門🌟笑口常開💖多讚美👍🏻多感恩🙏幸福常樂萬事如意😊Makeup & Hair : @kayowang Outfit : @stellam.club Heels : @footspot 📸： @ed.win_0418
