I found some of my first home pole videos from August 2024 and was crackingggg upppp 🤣🤣 No, but seriously, everyone looks so beautiful and effortless on social media, but you have to start somewhere. I had to speed up those old clips because I was moving sooo slowly 😅 Pole takes so much practice, patience, and strength 💪 I’m still working on so much, but reflecting on how truly humbling beginner pole used to be 😮‍💨 take the classes and put that pole in your house 🫡 because practice makes progress 🙌 #pole #practicemakesprogress #beginnerpole #pdbeginner #intermediatepole
