Couldn’t let all these clips go to waste 😅🤦‍♀️🤣 Anyone else have any common pole moves that just didn’t click? Shoulder mounts were it for me 😂 eventually I was able to descend into them no problem, but deadlifting from the floor, forget it 🙄 I don’t know when I started practicing these, but it’s been well over a year at least and I just finally got my ass up there 🙃 pole is fun like that because you’ll pull off moves you have no business getting into, while simultaneously struggling with easier shit 🤦‍♀️ shout out to @adrienne1428 for lifting my butt up so many times 🤣 #mondaymotivation #pole #poleprogress #pdshouldermount #thestruggleisreal by @tricki.nikki.13

I found some of my first home pole videos from August 2024 and was crackingggg upppp 🤣🤣 No, but seriously, everyone looks so beautiful and effortless on social media, but you have to start somewhere. I had to speed up those old clips because I was moving sooo slowly 😅 Pole takes so much practice, patience, and strength 💪 I’m still working on so much, but reflecting on how truly humbling beginner pole used to be 😮‍💨 take the classes and put that pole in your house 🫡 because practice makes progress 🙌 #pole #practicemakesprogress #beginnerpole #pdbeginner #intermediatepole by @tricki.nikki.13

It really do be like that sometimes (most of the time) 😅😂😭😤😩 #pole #poleathome #keepinitreal #polefail #imtiredboss by @tricki.nikki.13

Everything was on fire, but I’m fine 🤪😂 @adrienne1428 combo from today that almost never ended 😮‍💨 can you tell I’m still afraid of falling on my face with how quickly I get in and out of Superman 🤷‍♀️😅 improvised the shoulder mount ending (because I absolutely can not go from superman to a shoulder mount) to get into reindeer because “now that Halloween is over, we can do reindeer” 🦌🤣 #pole #polecombo #poleshapes #poletricks #struggleisreal by @tricki.nikki.13

Ayyyy! My first successful Marion ambers (finally) with the help of @adrienne1428, the professional butt lifter upper 🤣 Need to clean it up a bit, but a win is a win 🎉 . #pole #poletricks #poleshapes #practicemakesprogress #pdmarionamber @abstractaerialacademy by @tricki.nikki.13

Russian layback to iguana transition 🦎😮‍💨 the trick versus the attempts because oh lawd was I falling all over the place trying this one 🤣🤪 #pole #poleathome #poletrick #pdiguana #polefail by @tricki.nikki.13

A fun little improv class brought to you by @adrienne1428 and she said we all had to post using this song because the entire class has adhd 🤷‍♀️😂 I can’t argue it because I am in fact diagnosed 🤫🤣 threw in a little spooky spidey at the end that I missed last week 🕷️ still trying to conquer Marian amber, but my ass won’t go high enough 😫 #pole #poleshapes #polecombo #poletrick #adhdgirls by @tricki.nikki.13

AHHHHH a successful inside leg hang threadie I saved from the one and only @jessicajayne_aerial_ 💕 her moves are so beautiful and dynamic 😍 I usually only dream of being able to do anything she posts, but when I saw this one I thought I might be able to do it 😂 added this into a little combo to make my life harder, but also loved the short and sweet entry ✨ #pole #poleathome #polecombo #poleshapes #polespin by @tricki.nikki.13

Tried pegasus for the first time in @adrienne1428 class today ✨ except per usual, I didn’t know how to move my legs to the right spot, so it just looked like whatever that is 🤣 definitely harder on spin to keep hold of my leg 😮‍💨 #pole #poleshapes #poletricks #pdpegasus #polespin by @tricki.nikki.13

Listen to me narrate a break your brain Sunday class with @adrienne1428 at @abstractaerialacademy 🙃🤯 where I overcomplicate vortex for no reason at all 😂😂 and then poorly execute the rest of class as well😅 Hope you enjoy the commentary 🤣🤣🤣 #pole #poletricks #polelife #poleshape #polefail by @tricki.nikki.13

No better way to spend a rainy day than class with @adrienne1428 🌧️ of course, putting all the things together on spin and seeing what happens 😂🙃 had to take off as slow and steady as possible not to spin off getting into Jamilla 😅 dragon fly to shoulder mount is chefs kiss 🤌🧚 #pole #poleshapes #poletricks #polecombo #pdspin by @tricki.nikki.13

Had to jump on this trend because it cracked me up and is so real 🤣🤣 don’t mind me, just ignoring all the things I have to do, so I can make a silly little pole videos for myself 🤷‍♀️😅🤭 kinda digging this gargoyle-esk shape I saw someone do at some point 👹#pole #poleathome #polespin #poleshapes #poletricks by @tricki.nikki.13
