They say uniben students are the hardest to reach (due to strong management policies), but we proved them wrong! ♻️
Last year, I didn't make the cut for this program. Today, I’m wrapping up my tenure as a certified PlasticWize Ambassador for @u-recycle initiative africa after successfully leading a behavioral change outreach for over 500 students at the UNIBEN Faculty of Engineering!
The journey was rigorous—from the pre-ambassador bootcamp to finding the perfect time to host our Eco-talks and pasting signage across the faculty. But seeing the shift in environmental awareness made every early morning worth it. The #IAmPlasticWize challenge was truly an unforgettable experience.
A huge shoutout to the Campus Fellow @the_favouriyore and Precious, the central team, and especially my amazing coursemates and fellow ambassadors who volunteered to help make this seamless. We didn't just talk; we put in the work, and it yeided result. 🌍🤝
