If you think being a mom is easy, what’s it like being Gods favorite? I miss it. Tell him I said hey 😅

Kash is clapping back at the chatter surrounding her absence from the Baddies USA Chapter 3 house, making it clear she was just there yesterday! In a new Story post, Kash says she isn’t sleeping at the house because her “b**** out here,” adding that the cast has two days off and she’s not about to sit around when the cameras aren’t rolling. She also throws some serious shade at her critics, telling them to “shut the f**k up” before bringing up an alleged altercation from the previous day. Chileee, Kash says she’ll see everybody when filming resumes! Y’all think Kash is making a point, or is this just adding more fuel to the Chapter 3 drama?!

🙌🏼😮‍💨Meat stock should be in every picky eater’s diet.

Here’s why:

🍲it’s rich in gelatin and amino acids like glycine and proline, which are THE building blocks for maintaining and repairing the gut lining.

🍲 it foods your child already like with collagen-derived amino acids, gelatin and trace minerals!!

🍲Cooking grains in meat stock allows them to absorb liquid, swell and soften. it gelatinizes their starches, and makes them easier for their digestive enzymes to break down.

🍲 It Supports intestinal tissue maintenance and makes foods more tolerable for children with sensitive digestion.

🍲its a great food during illness!! Provides hydration and nutrients that support normal immune function and recovery when appetite is low.

A good starting point for picky eaters is to meet them where they are and use meat stock wherever you can!

Cook rice in it, use it to cook pasta, add it to sauces, blend it into creamy soups, or use it in savoury popsicles instead of water.
