The last 4 years at exos has taught me I truly love coaching, but more importantly it has taught me nothing fills my cup up more than serving others.

Watching others win, watching confidence build, and watching athletes go through something hard and become better humans because of it—that’s what it’s all about.

I will always have so much gratitude for this place, for all the coaches and athletes I’ve met along the way, and for all the amazing opportunities I was given.
