💰 If You Want to Keep Spinning Your Wheels and Stay Out of Shape…Do This:

1️⃣ Hop on Every Fad Diet Cut carbs for 2 weeks, drop water weight, then binge on pizza because you “earned it.” Back to square one.

2️⃣ Go Beast Mode Every Workout Smash yourself in the gym with no plan. Sore for days, but no actual progress to show for it.

3️⃣ Copy Random TikTok Workouts Follow some 22 year old doing circus tricks in the gym. No progression, no structure, no results.

4️⃣ Hire a Trainer Who Only Shows Up at the Gym Sure, they count your reps. But what about the other 23 hours of your day when your nutrition, sleep, and stress are wrecking your progress?

🔥 That’s why I built my Men’s Lifestyle Coaching Program it’s not just a “workout plan.”
We attack your health from EVERY ANGLE:

✅ Build Muscle + Lose Fat Custom workouts + meal plans built for your goals.
✅ Fix Your Nutrition Learn how to eat for life without starving yourself.
✅ Boost Testosterone & Energy Lifestyle upgrades that keep you strong for decades.
✅ Accountability That Works Daily check-ins, clear targets, zero guesswork.
✅ Leader’s Mindset Build discipline, confidence, and become the man your family needs.

🔥 COMMENT READY if you want the blueprint that gets you lean, strong, and unstoppable for life.

Testosterone isn’t just about muscle and masculinity; it’s a silent ally for men’s mental health too. This hormone, often associated with physical prowess, plays a significant role in nurturing emotional well-being. It helps regulate mood, enhance confidence, and promote resilience in the face of stress. Testosterone can be seen as the foundation of a man’s mental fortitude, contributing to a positive mindset, sharper cognitive function, and a greater sense of motivation. While it’s not a panacea, recognizing the profound influence of testosterone on male mental health reminds us of the intricate interplay between mind and body, and the importance of holistic well-being.

Let’s take better care of ourselves fellas so we can be better leaders, protectors and providers in the household and in society. Make sure your go through the test building checklist 📝:

•Get quality sleep 😴💤🛌
•Exercise often with weights and cardio 🚶🏾🏃🏾🏋🏾‍♂️
•Eat better foods
(Foods can/will have hormonal effects)🍓🍉🥩🥑🥦
•Eliminate as much stress as you can🧘🏾‍♂️
•Get therapy if needed🛋️🗣️
•Put the alcohol and drugs down.🥃🚬

As we get older our levels drop naturally so it’s up to US to do whatever we can to boost/preserve it. Don’t wait until it’s to late. START NOW!!!!!

Class of 2026 Concordia University St. Paul Hall of Fame.

Being inducted into my Alma Mater’s Athletic Hall of Fame is an honor I’ll never take for granted.

First and foremost, I thank the higher power for giving me the opportunity to play the game I love. I’m also incredibly grateful for every coach, teammate, and person who helped shape my journey at Concordia.

From everything I overcame during my time there, to becoming a multiple time All American and eventually Concordia’s and the NSIC’s first ever NFL Draft pick, I never could have imagined the legacy we would build together.

More than the accolades, I hope my journey shows the next generation that where you start doesn’t determine where you can go. If you’re willing to work, believe in yourself, and put it on film, somebody will find you.

I will forever bleed Blue & Gold. 🔵🟡

Thank you, Concordia. Looking forward to getting back on campus for homecoming, walk those halls, and see some familiar faces.

YOU 🫵set the standard for yourself.

Social media has convinced too many men that if you don’t have a shredded six pack or stay under 10% body fat year round, you’re somehow unhealthy or failing.

That’s simply not true.

Your genetics, age, lifestyle, career, stress levels, sleep, and family responsibilities all play a role in what a healthy physique looks like. Chasing someone else’s body instead of building your own is one of the fastest ways to burn out.

When your expectations are based on someone else’s highlight reel, you’ll always feel like you’re falling behind. And when you constantly feel like you’re failing, it’s easy to quit altogether.

Instead of asking:
“How do I look like that guy?”

Start asking:
“Am I healthier than I was 3 months ago?”

Focus on what actually matters:
✅ Building strength.
✅ Lowering your body fat into a healthy, sustainable range.
✅ Improving your energy.
✅ Moving without pain.
✅ Becoming a better husband, father, and leader because your health supports your life not because it earns likes on social media.

Fitness shouldn’t make you hate your body.

It should help you build one that’s strong enough to enjoy your life.

Stop chasing perfection.
Start chasing progress. by @rushmoore90

What they’ll remember is:

✅ The dad who had the energy to play outside.

✅ The dad who got down on the floor and wrestled with them.

✅ The dad who showed up to every game, practice, and family event with enthusiasm instead of exhaustion.

✅ The dad who carried himself with confidence, strength, and purpose.

As a former athlete, I know how easy it is to fall into the trap of living in the past.

You remember the player you used to be.

The body you used to have.

The shape you used to be in.

And somewhere along the way, you convince yourself those days are behind you.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

Your playing career may be over, but your responsibility to take care of yourself isn’t.

In fact, it’s more important now than ever.

Because when you prioritize your health:

🙌You have more patience with your family.

🙌 You have more energy throughout the day.

🙌 You feel better physically and mentally.

🙌 You become the example your kids will follow.

That 45 minute workout isn’t taking time away from your family.

It’s investing in the man your family gets to experience every day.

Your kids don’t need a perfect dad.

They need a healthy dad.

A present dad.

A dad who’s still willing to compete not against other athletes, but against the version of himself that’s settling for less.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start taking your health seriously again, this is it.

The best days aren’t behind you.

They’re on the other side of the decisions you’re making today. 💪🏽🔥 by @rushmoore90
