some flow therapy on this #flowfriday ✨ finally picking up my silk fans from @thebamboocloset again and it feels so good!

I really wanna lock into learning more about flow with fans and techniques out there! when im flowing with these I feel it tap into a sense of self, a divine energy I haven’t felt before and I really want to explore that.
