This dance was a prayer. Offered in community with shared intention. From @imagineorcasisland, moving alongside @yaimamusic in a space that felt open, listening, and deeply alive. All weekend I performed and taught. I watched so many new hands meet silk fans for the first time. That moment when curiosity turns into confidence… when something clicks and eyes fill with light. This is why I love teaching beginners. I love witnessing that spark—the joy and childlike wonder that comes through when people realize what’s possible with this art. If you’ve been feeling the pull, Intro to Silk Fans is the place to begin. A complete beginner’s course grounded in clear technique, with room to explore your own expression as you learn. ✨ Last day of my New Year’s sale ✨ 50% off Intro to Silk Fans 20% off practice fans (white or black) You’re not just learning techniques, you’re learning how to make them your own. This silk veil dance prop has gently guided me through many journeys of emotional release, creative expression and medicinal movement. Not just through dance, but the creation process of dyeing each piece by hand with ultimate presence, attention and colour exploration. Both of these practices have lead me to the most blissfully heart expanding flow state, which has moved me to tears. If you’ve been curious about learning the Art of Silk Fans, I have 3 online workshops available for you. Comment below ‘I’m ready to level up 🦋’ and il send you the link personally. You have seen silk fans before? Yes, but you haven’t seen me and silk fans 🥰 working on a few very new and exciting ideas for silk fans and aerial hammock, painting the air with my coach @kim.glova Art is a little bit chaos, a little bit courage, and a whole lot of play 🎪✨From the circus to the canvas, creation is about showing up, expressing freely, and letting your colours take up space. Sharing your art is powerful—but so is honouring the hands and hearts that inspire it. Give credit, lift others up, and keep the creative circle alive 💫 Love my fancy fans from @stateofflow.propshop 💛 #aerialist #silkfans #aerialhammock #circus
