Come along with me to get an Epidural Steroid Injection! Non-invasive procedure to help back pain.

At the end of March, I found out I have a malformation in my L1 vertebrae & my doctors think it could be what causes some of my chronic pain. Deciding to have this done was a bit of a mental rollercoaster, for all sorts of reasons, but ultimately I think it was the right choice.

Procedure itself only took a few minutes. The soreness afterwards only lasted a few hours. It’s definitely not instant relief, but over the next week I will take note of whether the injection was effective. If not, we try something else!
