Fall in love.
Bring everyone together.
Move some tables.
Put all your beer in a canoe.
Hug your friends.
Eat some oysters.
Cry when you see her in her wedding dress
Cry again while he waits for her to walk down the aisle.
Admire the newly weds.
Hire a live band & dance.
Make sure Cooper can find his mom!!
Get the dress dirty.
Put on elf ears.
Fall in love, all over again.

If there is anything to do in this world, it’s that.

My festival experience w/ chronic illness🌀

Music festivals are a huge part of my life (if you weren’t aware, lol) Working + curating events & building a lifestyle around music has been important to me for many years. EDM has fundamentally shaped who I am and how I love. 🪩⭐️🫀

Packing my car is science / art 🫶🏼🚗

I drive a Prius and she becomes a bit of a clown car with how much I am able to fit in!

Over the years, I’ve to really dialed how I pack & camp. Long live my med basket 🧺❤️‍🩹

If there is something in the first aid or wellness department you are missing, I probably have something that can help!

Also, “unplugging” from the outside or digital world isn’t always an option for me. When I go off-grid, I not only have to text my loved ones, but often times my medical team as well! Plus battle the pharmacy for refills and transfers. I am really grateful for the flexibility of telehealth and patient portals!

Dressing up is one of my biggest joys ⭐️ No explanation imo 🤪

And, yet sometimes my mind still has a lot running through it. So my midnight musings might look a little different than others. But as I always say…leave it on the dance floor!🎶💃🏼🌙

Every night on a fest is a gamble of whether Hailey is going to stay up late, stay up till sunrise, disappear into the night and crawl into bed. OR ✨secret fourth option✨ (my personal fav) disappear for several hours and return around sunrise 🙂‍↕️🤗😋 iykyk

I’ve spent so much time learning how to dance & rest & accommodate because festivals are not something I am willing to give up.

Mosaic has been a milestone marker for me with adapting and taking note of how my body has changed. In 2025, I hadn’t had my 3rd surgery yet & was just learning to use my cane. I barely brought it out and actually just used it in the AM to go back n forth to the potty, lol. Then in 2026, I was a few months post op and using my cane freely and learning to dance with it! My friends/fam in that space have always accepted & helped me in more ways than one.

Endo Summer / End of Summer 🐚

The Reality of Ongoing Care for Endo: A glimpse into my life right now 🩸

Prolonged bleeding at this stage in my disease is not something to take lightly. Beginning new prescriptions is not something I take lightly. For me the most challenging part of living with a complex, incurable disease is doing everything I can to feel okay and somehow still feel like I am failing.

Here’s to taking the next step 💫
To leaning into the spiral 🌀
To telling my body I love her 💌
To summer’s natural end 🌊

Holy moly, Cali ur a dream, guess they meant it!

Goals for my recent cali trip were: rooftop, house music, bubbles, beach, celebration & all were hit with glowing marks! 🫧

What a ponder-ific playground for us sacred clowns to dance around

Swirling back for some JJ messages...

June Jam holds space in a shadowy corner of me. I have traversed so much pain & conflict on that land. And, sometimes, when things are so close to home they touch familiar wounds. I felt like new expressions of myself were inescapably compared or traced back to old ideas that lack meaning. It was difficult for me to feel settled and I spent a lot of time simply walking around enjoying the fact that my body was able to do so.

I found joy in the many hugs n good convos with old friends.

Sharing the experience with @sarabean444 was extra special! Sending kisses to whoever brought the parachute to Ski Club Saturday evening many dance floor tears were shed watching everyone play!

Come along with me for another injection!

Today I had a bilateral sacroiliac (SI) injection to help relieve my some of my pain. Unlike the injection I had in April (ESI) this procedure goes directly into the joint and it is done at a surgery center. It was quick! And, although it was a bit intense, I felt safe and the pain wasn’t worse than what I already experience. Depending on if it helps or not will determine the next steps! (Literally)

I have a pain log to keep track until my follow-up!

YAY! Having a body is CRAZY!
