الرز المدخن بالدجاج (المندي الكذاب) 🍗🍚🔥 رز نثري ودجاج طري بنكهة الفحم والبهارات، بطريقة سهلة ومختلفة 😍 ويتقدم مع الدقوس الحار 🤤 للمزيد من الوصفات حياكم الله بحسابي @misho_baeshen المكونات: للدجاج: دجاجة مقطعة، 2 طماطم، بصلة، 2 فلفل حار، 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود حب، 1 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم، 1 ملعقة كبيرة زنجبيل، ملح، 3 ملاعق زيت أو زبدة، 1.5 لتر ماء ساخن للرز: 3 أكواب بسمتي منقوع ساعة، 4 إلى 4.5 أكواب مرق، 2 ملعقة زبدة، زعفران منقوع + نصف ملعقة صغيرة بودرة زعفران، 2 فلفل حار للتدخين: جمرة فحم، قشر بصلة، ملعقة صغيرة زيت الطريقة: 1. نحط الدجاج مع الخضار والبهارات والزيت والملح في القدر. 2. نحط قشر البصل وفوقه الجمرة ونسكب عليها الزيت، ونغطي بإحكام 30 دقيقة بعيد عن النار. 3. نشيل الجمرة والقشر، نضيف الماء الساخن ونطبخ 30 دقيقة. 4. نرفع الدجاج ونصفي المرق، ونضيف الرز وننتظر لين يتشرب أغلب المرق. 5. نوزع الفلفل والزبدة والزعفران على الوجه، نغطي بالقصدير والغطاء على نار هادية 20 دقيقة، ثم نخليه يرتاح 20 دقيقة. 6. نقدمه مع الدجاج والدقوس، وممكن نحمر الدجاج في الفرن قبل التقديم. 💡 السر في تدخين الدجاج قبل الماء، ولا تكثرون المرق على الرز. ⏱️ ساعتين تقريبًا | 🍽️ تكفي 4 إلى 6 أشخاص #رز_مدخن #مندي_كذاب #مندي_دجاج #رز_بالدجاج #وصفات_سهلة طبخات_لذيذة مطبخ_هشام_باعشن
