Last night I had the honor of hosting the @dkms_us Gala and watching Ezra, a little boy who had blood cancer, meet Dallas, the man who saved his life. 🤍 Every one of us has the chance to do what Dallas did and save someone. Dallas joined the registry with a simple cheek swab. He turned out to be a match for Ezra, and he donated. Seeing them hug for the first time, in a room full of people ready to help, was so meaningful. And seeing Ezra’s mom, who championed her baby through all of it... as a mother, my heart aches for what they went through, and I’m so inspired by their bravery. Thank you to @katharinaharf and her beautiful family for fighting so hard for so many and bringing us all together ❤️ I’m so grateful to @kashmeredanny , @evanreal and #scottadsit for being a dream team at the auction, and to @amayaelizabeth_ and @cocorocha for being there and showing up for this cause and all that you do 🩵 Last night was a reminder of how much we can help each other, because the next match could be any of us. Order your free swab kit at dkms.org (link in my stories). Be someone’s Dallas @dallaswilson8 #DeleteBloodCancer #DKMS
