Formula One is a pain in the ass for the people who actually live and work in Las Vegas. Weeks of construction, blocked access, traffic nightmares and grandstands taking over the Strip. What does that mean for the mom-and-pop business waiting for customers? The Uber or Lyft driver stuck in traffic? The restaurant employee worried about their next shift? Officials love talking about economic impact. I want them talking about WHO gets that money and who pays the price. A successful weekend for a luxury suite doesn’t automatically mean a successful month for the people keeping this town running. Small businesses have reported millions in losses tied to race disruptions. They deserve to be heard, too. If we’re committing public tourism dollars to this event, show us the full accounting: the benefits, the costs, the lost business and the impact on workers. Las Vegas is a community, not just a television backdrop. When do the people who live here get the same consideration as the millionaires and billionaires? Make Vegas Vegas Again.
A gang targeting petrol pumps in Jaipur, Rajasthan, has been busted by police, with two accused arrested from Sikar. According to police, the accused, identified as Ankit Verma and Vishal Mehra, allegedly stole number plates from vehicles parked outside houses at night. They would then attach these stolen plates to their own vehicles, visit petrol pumps, get their tanks filled and flee without paying. Their entire operation was aimed at avoiding identification through CCTV footage and vehicle registration numbers. The repeated incidents had created fear among petrol pump employees. Jaipur Police have arrested the two accused and are investigating their alleged involvement in more such incidents. #rvcjinsta

'BACK UP!': Authorities desperately shout at a truck driver who ignores a roadblock and heads straight toward a washed-out bridge in Colorado. Footage shows a worker in a neon vest frantically waving at the approaching truck as several voices scream for the driver to stop. Just ahead, the bridge over the Piedra River is completely gone after heavy rainfall triggered flooding across the region. Colorado Parks and Wildlife says patrols were already blocking the road when the frightening near-miss unfolded. Download the Fox News app or go to Foxnews.com for more.
