Ninefifty Milano Design Week 2026

Inversi is designed by @margheritarui
for Ninefifty and developed for @door_repubblica 'Il Giardino delle Meraviglie' as a system of lava stone tiles pieces in black and white.

Inversi collection develops a language based on the interaction of opposites, integrated into a harmonious system.

Made from Etna lava stone, the tiles are crafted through an artisanal process combining cutting, natural drying, handapplied glazing and decoration, rooted in the tradition of Caltagirone.

The graphic sign is shaped by subtraction, defining positive and negative within a calm, measured composition. Each module is conceived to create continuous patterns, allowing a wide freedom of composition across colors and combinations.

Inversi is an open system where material and design meet, translating cultural heritage into a contemporary language.

On stage at Palazzo Crivelli, via Pontaccio 12, until the 26th of april
