SNEAK PEEK: The Nanaimo bar gets a decadent cheesecake makeover in the Technical Bake for The Great Canadian Baking Show’s Season 10 premiere! Named after the picturesque city on Vancouver Island, this classic Canadian treat is known for its chocolatey layer of walnuts, graham cracker crumbs and coconut; sweet custard filling; and rich chocolate ganache. All those iconic elements are present in this Technical Bake, but this recipe seamlessly reimagines them into a cheesecake. See how it’s made when Season 10 kicks off this Sunday, Oct. 4 on @cbc and @cbcgem. 🔗 Make it yourself with the full recipe at the link in @cbclife’s bio, or comment “RECIPE” to get it sent straight to your DMs! And don't forget to post your bake using hashtag #GCBSBakeAlong ✨ 📸: Geoff George
coffee is incredibly dangerous: so dangerous it’s associated with a longer life and less risk of almost every disease. drink up. most beans today are toxic, covered in glyphosate, full of environmental toxins and even mold. if you want glyphosate and mold free beans for free with your next collagen order, comment BEANS. happy national coffee day

CAN'T C ME 245 MILLION STREAMS ON SPOTIFY 🔥 2Pac's "Can't C Me" has hit 245 million streams on @spotify 🚀 📊 245M total streams 📈 100K+ daily streams right now 🏅 Pac's 16TH most-streamed song on Spotify 🎛️ BACKGROUND: 🗓️ Recorded: November 1-2, 1995 📍 Location: Village Studio, West Hollywood, CA ⚙️ Prod. by Dr. Dre 🎤Feat. @yolikegeorge 💎 For All Eyez on Me 🎹 Originally a DPG track before it was given to Pac 🗣️ Pac was a bit hesitant because the beat flipped Snoop’s "Who Am I (What’s My Name)" but he laid his verse down anyway. Dre then stepped in and elevated it, layering on new horns and production elements that weren't on Tha Dogg Pound's original version. 📸: @kennahoum, Beverly Hills, CA, 1995 Does this track still stay on heavy rotation for you? 💬 Comment “PLAN” to learn my exact approach to fat loss with Hypothyroidism & Hashimotos. If anyone understands the frustrations you’re facing, it’s me. I’ve never lived a day of my adult life without an under active thyroid. In order to burn fat & support your thyroid, you NEED to understand how to properly fuel your body. This is 90% of the equation and this looks different for everyone which is why I customize this for each client of mine. I am always prioritizing protein, healthy fats, some complex carbs and lots of fiber 👌🏻 ✅ Meal 1: 3 eggs, strawberries & breakfast turkey sausages ✅ Big ice water with my favorite quality electrolytes ✅ Meal 2: chicken topped with bacon, zucchini, cantaloupe & brown rice ✅ Snack: chocolate protein smoothie bowl ✅ Meal 3: steak bowl w/ avocado, mango, & cucumber ✅ Dessert: homemade peanut butter fat bomb All of this food helps me burn fat for fuel by supporting my metabolism and thyroid function, building lean muscle, and keeping energy levels high. I am never feeling hungry or deprived which is very important 🙋🏻‍♀️ ‼️LAST CALL to join my October fat loss & thyroid reset- app access starts TODAY‼️ >> Comment “PLAN” you’re ready to learn the 🔑 to unlocking fat loss where you will learn how to spike your metabolism, see your energy levels soar, say bye to the bloat & finally love your body again. #hypothyroid #thyroidproblems #thyroidhealth #bloating #hashimotosdisease hashimotosweightloss momsover30 fasterwaywithchristie midlifewoman hypothyroid thyroidweightloss inflammationrelief bloatedbelly insulinresistance bloodsugarbalance thyroidweightloss perimenopausehealth whatieatinaday carbcycling
