Round two of [home truth is happening! I am offering a series of free workshops this spring to get into the thing, swim around, and figure it out with folks in my creative community. In the [home truth] workshop, I will guide us through a series of structured movement exercises, vocal improvisations, and somatic meditations to help unlock the voice and body. We will engage in some of Jeanine Durning’s “non-stopping” practice in dancing, writing, and speaking, as well as witnessing one another.
This is just the beginning.
Tuesday 5/19 6-8pm at bim bom studios
Tuesday 6/2 16-8pm at Constellation/COMRADE
This workshop is free, but it has a capacity of 15 participants. This involves a committment to showing up or letting me know if you end up not being able to attend.
