When I decided to transition from clinical practice to a health insurance plan, I envisioned having the ability to make significant impacts just like this! I am so proud to work for a health plan that truly believes in the value of human lives & strives everyday to lift up health in novel ways. At the Alliance, our shared values form the mnemonic T.R.A.C.K. My favorite value is K, which stands for “knowledge & innovation.” The “Hospital to Home” collaboration gives us the privilege of using innovation to help create stable living environments for our children & families.
