Always be kind to people. Don’t be the reason someone loses sleep or skips a meal.
You never truly know what someone is going through — even when their life looks happy and perfect from the outside. Behind the smiles and the highlights they share, there are often silent battles, pressure, and moments of struggle.
It’s easy to assume someone has a perfect life when all we see is positivity. But no life is only light. There are hard days too — for all of us.
Be gentle. Be aware. There’s always more beneath the surface than we can see.
