Last week I completed Enrootment Method Level 2.

A passage.
A remembering.
A return.

Until now, I had not allowed myself to surrender into my anger.
There was fear.
A deep fear of what lives inside me when I let it rise.

This week, I allowed that door to open.

A deep, ancient anger rose within me,
a force I once had to bury to survive.

This time, I stayed with it.

I gave it space.
I let it breathe.
I allowed it to move through me, fully, raw and true,
until it could fully come through in its most authentic form
and be released.

I was carried by another in this process.
My anger was witnessed, held, and allowed by both of us.

And within this sacred meeting,
this shared allowing,
a part of my soul returned home.

So much gratitude for the teachings,
for the warmth and integrity of the space that was held,
and for all who helped carry this field together.
