Hey all! I am back in Belgium so the coming month, I will open my agenda to work with you in a 1-on-1 setting in Antwerp.

Most people experience the Enrootment Method through group trainings or with practitioners I’ve trained. These one-on-one sessions are a space where I can bring my highest level of precision, presence, and integration fully to you.

This work is deeply personal to me. Every session is held with reverence: for your body, your story, and the larger forces that move through this work. It’s not just therapy or bodywork. It’s a guided journey where every part of you is invited in: the physical, the emotional, the mental, and the energetic.

For those ready to reconnect to their body, release what has been held for too long, and step into deeper grounding and clarity, I’ve opened a limited number of timeslots in the coming weeks. Until this Monday, you will get a €30 discount to help me make my planning.

The Enrootment Method was formed by the combination of two words and principles: the Root and Embodiment. Embodiment meaning to bring, relate and connect our experiences to our bodies, and the Root being the anchor we make with Earth having these transformational and often Spiritual experiences. The Root being our base for safety, nurturing and grounding. This together with a multidimensional approach, are the building blocks for the Enrootment Method Foundations.
🦎
Our intention is to bring a framework that allows therapeutic work to have more expansion, flow, expression and a multidimensional approach, since all methods have their limitations and are often one-sided, and to bring more integration, science and grounding into Spiritual practices, since this is in my opinion often lacking. I aim to create a bridge between the two, science and spirituality, duality and non-duality, mindbody and spirit, therapy and art and integrate them into a package that is truly transformative.
🦎
The Enrootment Method training is a combination of verbal practices, techniques and psychological background to work with the mind, ego and so on, important anatomy foundations, physiotherapeutic insights, a solid bodywork base, work around therapeutic practice, nervous system, trauma, breathing techniques, emotions and disease, emotional release, a framework to work on the Energetic dimension with Yin, Yang, Feminine and Masculine energy, Life Force Energy and Kundalini, honouring the non-dual aspect of this whilst integrating it into the larger scientific framework.
🦎
I am trying to bring you the best of all of my knowledge and experience into a very intensive training, where we will think and work together and research this approach and possible different approaches so you can develop the approach that suits you as a person. If you are interested in joining this training, you can contact me with your email.
🦎
Much love,
Simeon

Wow! We are so grateful after yesterday's full house edition of Cacao, Connection & Community. Thank you so much for coming ❤️

We're opening a second edition next month if you want to experience this beautiful evening with us ✨

💬Spaces are limited, comment "cacao" to get all info or reserve your spot via link in bio.

Brought with the intention to build a gathering based in Connection, Safety and Authenticity. Facilitated through a therapeutic lens, different modalities are combined to offer an integrated and grounded journey and experience. It is also the perfect chance to discover parts of the Enrootment Method!

We will combine a Cacao Ceremony with the Enrootment Method, partner work, Energetic Bodywork, breathing, music, and a sound journey 🧘🏼‍♂️

Connection is a basic human need and a basic condition to form a healthy human psyche, nervous system and well-being. In this session we will explore how our current society is damaging this capacity, as well as what might be your own barricades that you internally might have put up.

⏳Wanna be part of it? Comment "cacao" to get all info in your inbox!

ENROOTMENT INSIDERS // Episode 1.1: Can you have an "Emotional Release"?

“I can just release it from my body, and then it’s gone.”

It’s a common idea in bodywork. But what message are we sending ourselves when our intention is to get rid of what we feel?

In this excerpt from an Enrootment Method training, I explore the difference between emotional release and emotional transformation - and why that distinction matters in how we facilitate.

Yes, some of the charge behind an emotion can release. Anger, grief or fear can find expression, and that can be meaningful.

But in my approach, the work continues beyond that moment.

What happens when we learn to sit with an emotion, feel it, and allow our relationship with it to change? Could something we experience as unwanted begin to reveal qualities that feel empowering?

This also shapes my intention as a practitioner. I want to support someone in developing their capacity to meet what they feel, rather than making the removal of an emotion the goal of a session.

A question to sit with:
When you seek an emotional release, are you wanting to meet what you feel - or hoping it will disappear?

🗓️ If you want to experience this distinction yourself, we have an Immersion Day planned in Antwerp next week Saturday. Comment "rooted" and I'll send you all the info!

About the series:

Enrootment Insiders takes you inside our trainings, through uncut teaching moments that explore the thinking, sensitivity and practice behind Enrootment Method.

A little extract of a daily morning in our trainings with question round and check-ins. This time around the ego and how bodywork is effective in working towards a place where emotions can finally process in the body through regressive approaches and emotional release.

I love doing the trainings in a way that is responsive and interactive with the group of practitioners we have in each container as the themes that come up collectively in practice are different every time!

I'm thinking of doing a live online Q&A for practitioners and those who are new soon - sharing my expertise and answering your questions and difficulties live on the spot.

Who would be interested?

The biggest mistake I see modern bodyworkers, psychotherapists, coaches, trauma therapists and facilitators make after teaching hundreds of practitioners and working with thousands of clients:

Most are well trained in techniques and keep looking to improve. But techniques alone do not heal the root of most human suffering.

💬 Comment “presence” and I will DM you 3 tips to check if you are falling into the same traps in your work and how to avoid them

So many people grew up feeling disconnected.
Somewhere along the way, they learned:
- I am too much.
- I am not enough.
- I don’t belong.
- Something is wrong with me.

So they started hiding the most painful, sensitive and shameful parts of themselves. Not only from the world, but also from their own perception.

When we meet someone’s deepest pain only through protocols, labels and mental frameworks, we can unintentionally confirm the wound:
“There is something wrong with you.”

So why do most do this?

Because it is safer to follow a mental protocol that we hope will work than to sit with the uncertainty of a deeply human and raw process.

But life doesn’t follow a protocol. Teaching people to deal with their emotions and pain in this way doesn’t help them to be more successful in life – it helps them to temporarily manage and suppress it.

What we need more is to be truly present with people and their parts. And this is what slowly starts to dissolve the root of suffering and brings people back to their human wholeness.

This asks something very different from us as practitioners: The ability to stay present without rushing to solve, perform or control.
This is what we practice in Enrootment Method.

Again and again, I have seen that when someone is truly witnessed in this way, something profound can shift.

This is the work I believe more practitioners need to learn. And this is why I created the Enrootment Method.

You have done breathwork, kundalini, learned the massage techniques and collected the tools — yet sometimes it still feels like something is missing.

Many practitioners can follow a protocol. Fewer can work with what is actually present.

The Enrootment Method teaches you how to work with the body, emotions, mind and energy as one integrated whole, so you can trust yourself more deeply in the spaces you hold.

We guide practitioners to feel more confident in their work, rooted in understanding AND intuition, to facilitate deeper, more meaningful change by embodying a different way of working.

Because the quality of your work is not defined by how many tools you know. It is defined by how deeply you can meet another human being.

In presence, honesty, and discernment 🌀

🦎 Come train with us and learn this powerful method that has proven to change people's lives and practices time and time again.

An ode to the new generation of men.

There was something profoundly moving about witnessing the men in our last Enrootment Level Two Advanced training.

To witness something else than the version of men we were taught to expect. Not the controlled, distant, self-contained figures that know how to perform strength but not how to feel. But men who are learning to stay in their bodies.

I have seen men tremble. Not from weakness, but from the intensity of finally allowing something real to move through them. I have seen tears come, not as a collapse, but as a release of generations of holding.

Men holding space for men with presence, with patience, with love.

Something many of us never received from our fathers. Not because they did not care, but because they were never shown how. In these sessions, something ancient and necessary begins to repair itself.

I can feel it in the way they kneel beside each other, in the way they listen with their whole body. In the way they allow another man to break open without turning away. A strength that can hold intensity without shutting down and one that includes softness, care, and love.

And that kind of masculine presence is deeply needed.

We live in a time where men are often dismissed, distrusted, or disconnected from their place in society and collective healing. Where their role becomes unclear, or reduced, or even unwanted. But in this work, it becomes obvious that their presence is not only valuable, it is essential.

What I have experienced in this training is not just personal. It feels like a quiet redefinition of what it means to be a man.

Not less strong, but more real.
Not less grounded, but more connected.
Not less masculine, but more whole.

And in that wholeness, there is something deeply healing. For them, for the people they touch, and for all of us.

Dear men, I hold you in my heart as the lost boys are finding their ways to being our own definition of a brother, a partner, a son, a father, and a man ♥️ taken in Belgium by @rootedself

Every @enrootmentmethod session is wildly different.
As practitioners we do not have a goal or an aim.
We trust that the body knows best and so we 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 and what wishes to arise… a co-creation of surrender 🪽

Thank you @aceso.be and @gust.alaerts for the gift that you offered the group with this beautiful co-created session 😂 🙏🏼✨

Thank you @rootedself for creating @enrootmentmethod - it goes beyond just trauma-informed bodywork, it is about honouring Life and our humanity 💕

Thank you to Life
