Last weekend I had led a yoga flow for @wellnxt_global’s inaugural WellNXT Miami x Fest as a part of @wellistweek.

As a Miami native, it’s been interesting to see the many ways the city is changing. The transformation to a global hub for yoga and wellness more broadly is a welcome change. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this cultural shift.
