Gotta accessorize ’em all 🍟🔥 Everyone thought the leaked Pokémon Happy Meal toys were just tiny boxes. But McDonald’s Senior Marketing Director Guillaume Huin revealed they double as charms you can clip onto your keys, bags, or even your pants. There are 15 designs to collect, landing in U.S. Happy Meals November 10 alongside a 15-card Pokémon set. Which charm do you need immediately? 👀 Speaking of McDonald’s Pokémon cards, the iconic 2002 McDonald’s Squirtle Holo promo in PSA 9 (Est. $3,970), is waiting to be pulled in our Pokémon Ultra Pack.
Episode 3 of easy ways to eat fiber without trying to hard: make easy chia jam with 25g of fiber! Chia jam has quickly become a staple in my fridge. It only takes a few minutes to make and is such an easy way to add more fiber to my day! Between the chia seeds and berries, it’s packed with fiber, antioxidants, and plant-based omega-3s. Plus, you can customize the sweetness to your liking and add it to everything from yogurt and oatmeal to toast and pancakes! Ingredients: - 2 cups frozen berries - 1/4 cup water - 1 tbsp honey - 3 tbsp chia seeds - Squeeze of fresh lemon juice This recipe is pretty simple and straightforward, but you can find the full written recipe on my free website or comment “RECIPE” and I’ll DM you the link! #fiber #chiajam
