Does taking a GLP hurt? If you’ve ever wondered this… You’re not alone! It’s one of the top questions people have! Almost every single week I have to double check that my d0se even went in. I hardly ever feel it in my stomach or my thigh. But this week I wanted to try something different. I’m up on the scale, and I’ve gotten a bit bored of the other locations. Some people find that different locations have different results for them and how they feel the med throughout the week. So I’m trying the back of the arm… Please let me know how the arm treated you if you’ve ever done this location? Did it work or not?! Freezer meals you’ll actually WANT to eat! 🙌 These cheesy Stuffed Shells with Homemade Sausage Ragù are everything a cozy Italian dinner should be! A great shortcut here is using good quality frozen ricotta stuffed shells paired with a quick homemade sausage ragù, extra dollops of ricotta, a handful of peas (a family favorite!) and plenty of melty cheese. Assemble it now, pop it in the freezer and thank yourself later when dinner is already taken care of! Be sure to make a couple pans at a time so you always have one ready in the freezer, trust me!! Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send the full recipe straight to your inbox!
