There are professionals who are good at their job. And then there are people who make space for others to grow alongside them.
@hairby_sep is the latter ❤️‍🔥

Assisting her on this Nike project was more than a gig.
It was a masterclass in the real language of on-set hair:
- working fast without working sloppy,
- braids, high ponytails, sleek finishes -executed clean, every time,
- reading the situation in seconds and adapting on the spot,
- taking any hair type, any texture, any mood - and making it look intentional and polished in under 15 (sometimes even 3) minutes!
- and keeping everything intact through movement, sweat, and whatever the shoot throws at it. Because these looks needed to hold for athletes and work just as well for a casual fit.

Getting to observe, absorb, and contribute at that level was something I didn’t take for granted for a single minute!
