1st course, We’ll begin with “The Veil” . Heidi Klum transformed herself into a living marble statue, inspired by the Veiled Vestal sculpture by Raffaele Monti. Her longtime collaborator Mike Marino painted her entire body , face, hands, & feet, to appear carved from stone.

Cauliflower velouté beneath a stone-veil filo tuile , lifted at the table. The evening begins with illusion and revelation.
