Last summer I cooked in France for the first time. This spring I attended the top culinary school in the wooooorld in Paris. This summer I was blessed with the opportunity to cook for a living French legend 🥹 it’s all full circle!

Thank you for trusting me with your nutrition @hekitike! It’s been a pleasure working with you and practicing my terrible French lolol. The journey to recovery isn’t easy but your hard work, patience and dedication will pay off every time. Can’t wait to see you back out there! ⚽️

@chefcolelawson we truly are a dynamic duo 👯🏾‍♀️

Expert Diploma in Culinary Arts ✅

This once squeamish little girl just spent the last two months mastering filleting fish and breaking down every protein you can imagine, from pigeons to bunnies 🤣

The skills, techniques, and recipes I learned alongside 12 incredibly talented international chefs are something I’ll carry with me for a lifetime.

I’m sooo grateful to have built a career out of my passion and even more grateful for the opportunity to refine my craft and learn from the best, among the best.

I can’t wait to bring everything I’ve learned back and continue showing up as the best version of myself for my clients ❤️

P.S. my LA books are open for the summer 🗣️ by @flavorofox

SB week with THE Offensive player of the year 🤝👩🏾‍🍳 put some respect on his name!! CONGRATULATIONS on an iconic season, Super Bowl CHAMP!!! The most humble & deserving! Your future is so bright, I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you @jaxsnj 💙💚🙏🏾 by @flavorofox

Happy international chefs day ❤️👩🏾‍🍳 if you would’ve told me I’d be where I am, doing what I do today 5 years ago, I would’ve never believed you. What a blessing it is to be able to pursue my dreams, work with the best clients, and meet amazing talented chefs along the way. So grateful for this journey and the work I do.
