I can't say enough good things about these coaches and everyone I've met training there. It's all CLA all the time. Very efficient, well designed practices where you feel improvement every day.

And if your training is feeling meh lately, I'd encourage you to stop by and try a class. Just think, no more shrimping warmups, even for white belts!
