STERBUS presents a brand new video for THE GREATEST POSSIBLE HAPPINESS from the new album BLACK AND GOLD!
Video concept + shooting + editing: Dominique D'Avanzo and Emanuele Sterbini
Filmed in Isola d'Elba (October 2023) and in Genoa Aquarium (February 2025)
Thanks to all the aquatic creatures who unwittingly took part in the filming and who are living in captivity against their will. May we all be damned.
Emanuele Sterbini: electric guitar, guitar solo, bass, drums programming
Dominique D'Avanzo: clarinet, flute
Riccardo Piergiovanni: synth solo
Music: Emanuele Sterbini
Special thanks to Virginia Woolf for the title of the track.
Relevant technical note: this one was originally demoed during the pandemic, in 2021. Unfortunately, after a computer crash, I lost the project for this song, and all I was left with was a "safety" mp3 file that I did for listening purposes a little before the accident. This means that it was impossible for Francesco to work on the isolated tracks of programmed drums, bass, guitars, synth and do a proper mixing job. Nevertheless we really liked the tune and I wrote additional parts for recorder and clarinet, that subsequently have been mixed with the original "backing track". The best that we could has been done to provide the song the best possible sound.
Recorded, engineered, mixed and mastered by @grammatico_ @ @junglemusicfactory in Tivoli (Rome, Italy) between May 2024 and September 2025.
Supported by Zillion watt records and @forte_festival
