Today we have the pleasure to introduce the positively picturesque Pollyanna Elston @pollyanna_elston !
Pollyanna Elston is a multifaceted set and costume designer and maker who works across Theatre, Film, Events and Digital Media both in the UK and globally. Originally from the Pembrokeshire Coast in South West Wales she moved to London to study Foundation Art at Camberwell College of Art, and then carried on to graduate from Wimbledon College of Art with a BA in Theatre Design in 2017. She is known for her attention to detail and her bright colourful palettes which have become a trademark across all of her practices. She is also an ambassador for sustainable fashion and almost all of her colourful wardrobe is second hand or vintage. For the time capsule art show she has created some costume pieces using scraps and surplus materials from her commissions and other projects. She is delighted to be included in the show and to be able to exhibit her work in a more traditional gallery setting alongside her friends and family!
We welcome you to join us on the 6th of June in Battersea, London to see our show! Tickets are available via our link in our bio. All ticket sales proceeds are going to be donated to the various charities our artists have selected.
