I feel for your Mom but she will get used to it, not like it but it will get a bit easier in time. I cry still when Danielle leaves me or I leave her. I tell people, it’s not about me but what’s best for my kids. I tell my kids “Don’t wish you had.” Chances are one may not get that opportunity again. Time difference is the hardest but Danielle and I usually wake up just about everyday with a text or more🥰. The kids and I ft every other Saturday and that’s nice. Thank goodness for technology. How long will your Mom stay? If she needs someone to talk to who know how she feels, tell her to call me! Continue to enjoy London as it a big place!

An OpenAI engineer has been arrested by the FBI on charges of hiding an audio recording device in an executive conference room. Abdulrahman Alfozan is a Saudi national who has been employed at OpenAI since July 2025. He is a legal permanent resident who has lived in the United States since 2020. According to his LinkedIn profile, he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley, and has previously worked at Meta and Microsoft. He is also listed as a partner at Raed Ventures, a venture capital firm that focuses on the Middle East and North Africa and includes at least one member of the Saudi royal family as a partner. Employees at Open AI discovered the USB device plugged into the back of a television in an office in San Francisco, according to reporting by Reuters. The device was installed on or around September 28th and was discovered on September 30th. It included a microphone and could connect to a camera. It was wrapped in toilet paper while plugged in. The device’s data was encrypted and initially inaccessible. According to the DOJ, CCTV footage showed Alfozan appear near the executive conference room multiple times prior to the device’s discovery, though he had no authority to access or participate in meetings occurring there. A search of Alfozan’s bag by OpenAI security personnel later found a second device. A public statement by OpenAI indicated they believed he planned to plant additional devices in more locations around the company. According to reporting by CNBC, a chatbot account associated with Alfozan’s spouse was used to get information about audio recording devices. The user submitted chat prompts related to “building, customizing, installing, audio recording, testing, obfuscating, and remote accessing a device.” The FBI arrested Alfozan on October 9th, and he first appeared in court on October 13th, 2026. He has been charged with using or endeavoring to use an electronic, mechanical, or other device to intercept oral communications.
