Shameless mom brag for both of my boys for getting awards for their lax team today and for Tristan (their goalie) for his much deserved MVP award. Mostly proud of every single kid on that team where 50% of them had never played lax before. They all worked so hard this year and they looked like a real team of lax players by the end of the season. And a thousand thanks to Coach Scott who stepped up for the 2nd year for these boys. He is a fantastic coach and person and Githens is lucky to have him and his baller of a lax player son, Tanner (who may be my favorite middle school player to watch on the field). I had so much fun watching this team this year.
