One year without you, Mama, and my heart still aches like it was yesterday. Allah knows how deeply I miss your voice, your prayers, your warmth, and the peace that came with your presence. Yet, I remain grateful to Allah for the beautiful moments we shared and for every milestone you lived to witness before He called you home.
It comforts my heart that your remembrance fell on a blessed Friday (last week Friday). A sign, to me, of Allah’s mercy and favor upon you. May Allah forgive your shortcomings, widen and illuminate your grave, grant you Al-Jannah Firdaus, and reunite us again in peace and mercy.
