Comment SYNC and I’ll send you the method 💚✨

I used to think getting results just meant eating less, training more and being more disciplined.

So that’s what I did.

More cardio, more restriction, more pressure to be “good” all the time. And whenever I fell out of routine, I just assumed I was the problem.

What I wasn’t really thinking about was my cycle, my hormones, my energy, my stress, my recovery… basically all the things that can completely change how you feel from one week to the next.

Once I stopped expecting my body to perform exactly the same every day, everything got easier.

I started using the higher energy parts of my cycle for more strength and dynamic movement, and the lower energy parts for Pilates, lower intensity movement and more recovery.

I also stopped under-eating and actually started fuelling my body properly.

And weirdly, that’s when I became more consistent.

Not because I was trying harder, but because I finally had an approach that actually worked with my body rather than constantly fighting it.

That’s basically what Sync was built around.

So if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still not really getting anywhere…

Comment SYNC and I’ll send you exactly how I approach it 💚

This is a very important subject to me because @treatmyocd is what helped me get my life back 2 years ago ❤️‍🩹 it’s important to have awareness on what ocd ACTUALLY can look like - && to banish the stereotype of “needing to be neat”. Seeing a post like this helped me realize what I thought was anxiety for so long was actually ocd, and once I got the proper treatment, I became a whole new person. The person that I’ve always known has been inside of me my whole life.

This is your reminder that vulnerability matters, and what you see on social media is often the highlights or fake. This is the real deal & this is what I’m passionate about - helping others feel seen or understood 🫂 as always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you need someone to talk to, or have questions 💛⭐️
