Same girl ☀️ new glow. After battling topical steroid withdrawal (TSW), seeing my skin and my glow come back means everything. I don’t think we talk enough about what happens when life hits you from every direction at once. I was grieving the loss of my mom, learning how to be a new mother myself, and fighting a chronic illness that was consuming my life. And for someone who has always prided herself on being strong, admitting (and sharing publicly) that I was struggling was one of the hardest parts. But I’ve learned that strength isn’t always about how much you can handle. Sometimes it’s about allowing yourself to fall apart and trusting that, little by little, you’ll find your way back. I’m still finding my way. But looking at these two versions of myself, I feel so much love for the woman who refused to give up. 🤍✨ #TSW #topicalsteroidwithdrawl #chronicillness #grief

DA Johannesburg mayoral candidate Helen Zille entered the party's final "now or never" rally at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg in a "gusheshe".
One month and one week back in the gym after 4 year break - Now I’m at 190.6lbs 💪🏾 When you hit mid-late 40’s you start thinking about how you wanna live in your 50’s and beyond. I used to focus on living a GOOD life, now i focus on getting GOOD at life. There is a difference! Getting GOOD at life allows you to see the value / GOOD in your choices moment to moment. Seeing them helps you understand the moment is all you have, make it GOOD. A wise man said: Your life is either defined by the record (memory) of your past (or) your vision for the future. - & this is where the magic is, in the moment, that’s where you can change / create your life. ✨ Your past is gone, your future is in the now! Make it GOOD! THANK YOU GOD.
Why Tarapith Is Called A Deeply Awakened Place 🙏🔥 Rajarshi Nandy says Tarapith is a very jagrit kshetra, known as a place where sadhaks are believed to receive siddhi, and mantra siddhi comes quickly through the Mother's blessings. Ranveer reflects that four years ago he never imagined being part of a group visiting Tarapith, asking for the Maa's ashirwad.
