First port was SITKA! Of course I had to start my trip by visiting the Sheet’ká Kwáan Naa Kahídi dancers for Indigenous culture. Seen some bears (wanted to hug all of them) & explored Sitka National Historical Park & Silver Bay. #Sitka #sitkaalaska #royalcaribbeanalaska #insidepassagecruise

Казахстанец приехал в Узбекистан за автомобилем, но по дороге на авторынок едва не лишился крупной суммы денег.

На одной из станций метро Ташкента у мужчины из сумки выпали 10 тысяч долларов. Сам он ничего не заметил и продолжил путь. Разбросанные купюры увидела женщина с ребенком. Она собрала деньги и передала их сотрудникам службы безопасности метро.

Пропажу казахстанец обнаружил только на Сергелийском авторынке. К тому времени полицейские уже искали владельца денег. Найти мужчину удалось благодаря камерам видеонаблюдения и системе распознавания лиц.

В итоге все 10 тысяч долларов вернули владельцу. Казахстанец поблагодарил полицейских за помощь, а сотрудники метрополитена - женщину, которая не оставила чужие деньги себе.

Teddy graham brittle cookies🧸🧈🍪

I’m not sure if this counts as “cute groceries” but here it is anyway. I don’t remember buying these but I was too attached to throw them out. I was “saving then for a rainy day” and I guess that day finally came

📌Save for recipe
Ingredients:
Honey Teddy Graham Brittle
- 100g Honey Teddy Grahams
- 56g unsalted butter
- 100g light brown sugar
- 2g flaky sea salt
Cinnamon Honey Cookies
- 113g unsalted butter
- 90g light brown sugar
- 25g granulated sugar
- 25g honey
- 18g egg yolk
- 5g vanilla extract
- 155g all-purpose flour
- 2.5g baking soda
- 3g kosher salt
- 1g ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the Teddy Grahams in a single, tightly packed layer.
2. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbling.
3. Allow the mixture to bubble gently, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
4. Immediately pour the hot butter and sugar mixture evenly over the Teddy Grahams, spreading gently to coat.
5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and transfer the tray to the freezer until completely hardened.
6. Once firm, break the brittle into irregular chunks and set aside for topping the cookies.
7. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until golden brown and nutty. Transfer to the KitchenAid mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
8. Using the paddle attachment, beat the browned butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and honey on medium speed until combined.
9. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
10. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix on low speed until just combined, being careful not to overmix. (CONTINUED IN COMMENTS)
