“Women over 50 shouldn’t lift heavy weights”.
FACT:
There’s no expiration date on fitness. Women can build muscle at ANY age. Even women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond can increase strength, improve muscle tone, and reshape their bodies with resistance training.
Truth is, Proper strength training is one of the BEST things women can do for longevity and strength… Especially as we age.
