Had the pleasure of spinning at the @icicestparis La Maison space in Union Square and baby I had a balllll! I mean, you can probably even tell from these photos just how relaxed and well taken care of I was the whole time. That’s because it was one of those really smooth gigs, easy from the second I walked in to the last song.
As DJs we get conditioned to expect the opposite: gear that half-works, AV nobody can troubleshoot, no booth monitor, staff who treat the bare minimum like a big ask. You just learn to deal with it. And I’m not even asking for a lot. Literally just asking for the client/venue to do their one job!
Thankfully, this was none of that. Huge thank you to the entire @icicestparis and @psg teams for the hospitality and for making MY one job (show up and play good music) actually easy. It’s the small things 💖
Oh and don’t forget I’ll be in Paris next month and I’ve got some openings 👀 send an email via the link on my page asap!
