Happy Birthday to me! Thanks for all the wishes and sharing pics friends! I never take selfies but trying something new, I want to see how I age over the years. So I’m going to take one on my birthday every year from here on out. No filters , AI or even a shower.
In other news I got a @humehealth pod-scale this week and it says my metabolic age is 38! I’ll take it.
