Howling Wolf | The Art of Leadership

This was a very sensitive piece of work, and one I am extremely proud of.
A moment when the rubber really hit the road and the values of everything Howling Wolf stands for, was put to the fiercest test.

When a debate about the Middle East war broke out between a few juniors, it left a whole team fractured.

I was asked to help restore connection and bring the culture back to its baseline. So I designed a one-day intervention focused on one thing: rebuilding the human-to-human relationships beneath the rupture.

And we did it, without once raising the inflammatory topics.

By the end of the day, harmony, respect and dignity had returned — with a real sense of joy and connection. The grey cloud lifted. The vibrant culture came home.
