Today is my birthday. And it’s the longest day of the year. Well, that’s what my dad always said to make me feel special. 😌
Today I got to visit the home and studio of Georgia O’Keeffe in Abiquiú, a profoundly inspiring and emotional experience.
My heart is full!
I remain grateful for all of it: my health, family, friends, studio, animals, and ability to continue making my art. And yes, even my age. Every year a blessing, and every new wrinkle earned in earnest.
