I received some titles from MIT Press recently, one of which is “Raising AI: An Essential Guide to Parenting Our Future” by De Kai.
I reviewed it last year already but thought to organise a giveaway that will end on Thursday, 25th of June, 12 p.m.
The book asks:
If AI becomes increasingly intelligent and autonomous, should we think of ourselves not as its masters, but as its parents?
Rather than focusing on dystopian scenarios, De Kai explores how we might guide AI with values, ethics, empathy, and responsibility and what this says about us as humans.
