Meg decided she wanted to cut down some bodyweight as she was feeling uncomfortable in herself and her clothes.

She had the number 57kg in her head as she recalled feeling good walking around at that weight

She's lost 8.4kg and lowest weight has just hit 57.1kg

Meg is another client that just executes the plan with a tolerable amount of whinging

She was given a daily macro limit and didn't often hit it as she was actually not hungry and I don't encourage force feeding for gen pop or in a deficit

She averaged 12800 steps a day without it being an obsession or lifestyle change

She trained 3 days a week for 90% of this time but recently increased it to 4 days a week due to a reduction in travel time to work because of a change in location

Meg is now off to Brazil for a 4 week holiday and a diet break but with some guidelines in place to prevent any major negative outcomes

Her training plan will be 2 to 3 sessions and based on having a pair 10kg dumbbells only

On her return we'll likely continue the cut some more before looking at a decent length gaining phase

Meg is someone that needs a plan to keep her confident that everything is looked after and will get her where she needs to be without worry
